Book your shipment

Once you’ve generated a quote, click ‘Add Shipment Details’ and fill out a few more pieces of information to confirm your shipment.

To complete booking, click ‘Review Details’ and then select ‘Book Shipment’ to confirm. That’s it! Once the shipment is booked, you’ll get a confirmation when a carrier is assigned, usually within 36 hours of pickup.

In addition to starting a shipment from a quote, you can also start by building a load from scratch or by duplicating a previous shipment. Shipment duplication is one of the most popular features of the platform because it drastically reduces the time it takes to build loads.

Once the shipment has been completed, and the Bill of Lading (BOL) has been verified by the Convoy team, a photo of the BOL is uploaded to the document details of your shipment for your reference. You can download this record directly from your dashboard anytime.
