You must use the trailer under your MC/DOT operating authority to lawfully and safely transport goods (trailer can be used for Convoy and non-Convoy loads). Please refer to the Trailer Use Agreement for all restrictions and requirements.
All trailers are 53′ dry van swing door. The year, make, and model of the trailer will vary.
To use one trailer for 30 days, you will be charged $1,100 plus a 3% Stripe processing fee. Except for the $1,100 use fee which must be prepaid, all other fees (e.g., change fee, cancellation fee) will be charged to you after you return the trailer. All fees are non-negotiable.
Failure to return the trailer within three days after the Convoy-required return date will result in you automatically being charged for an additional 30 days.

Convoy offers 5-10% discounts on the $1,100 trailer rental rate based on the number of trailers you book in a single booking, the length of booking, and length of renewal.

You can request an extension of the return date of the trailer by up to 30 days by emailing fleetrentals@convoy.com no more than 72 hours before the previously agreed return date. Requested extensions that are less than 30 days will still be charged at the full 30-day rate.
Please communicate cancellations or reservation date and/or location changes to fleetrentals@convoy.com minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up. Reservation changes within 24 hours of pick up will result in a $150 change fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick up will result in a $300 cancellation fee.
