Convoy Adds Accomplished Business and Legal Leader to its Leadership Team as General Counsel

Seattle, WA — October 21, 2021 — Convoy, the nation’s most efficient digital freight network, today announced that John Morrow has been appointed General Counsel, effective November 01, 2021. In this role, Morrow will leverage his 20+ years of experience in legal, corporate development and business operations helping high growth technology companies scale, along with his data-driven approach to oversee their legal team and strategy. Morrow will report directly to Convoy CEO Dan Lewis. 

Prior to Convoy, Morrow was a key team member in creating over $4 billion in equity value via two IPOs and two $1+ billion company exits  – Apptio, Paymentus and Vertafore.  Earlier in his career Morrow was a corporate partner in a major international law firm focused on representing technology companies in public offerings, SEC compliance, general corporate matters, venture financings and M&A. Most recently, Morrow served as the General Counsel at Paymentus, where he quarterbacked a successful IPO and previously led Apptio’s IPO and acquisition activity globally.
